Lynsey opened the salon in Aboyne in September 2001

In September 2004 Lynsey won the Grampian regional final of the Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust /The Royal Bank of Scotland Business Awards.
Annually all her staff embark on major training courses to help develop skills and update their techniques.

I am now a senior stylist and in March I started renting a chair within Blondeze.

Aims & Ambitions:
I have worked for Blondeze for 7 years now and am now a senior stylist. I have recently done a GHD creative cutting course and have learnt different techniques for cutting and dressing hair.
I thoroughly enjoy working within the salon and meeting new clients and will be going on more courses to build up my experience and learn new ideas

really enjoy working with the rest of the team learning lots of different techniques from each of the individual stylists as they all have their own styles.

Aims & Ambitions:
I am working towards my NVQ Level 2 hairdressing. I fin ished my 1st year in June and going back to college to do my 2nd year training. I go to college once a week in Aberdeen and am due to qualify in 2010

I hope to go on and do courses once I qualify to widen my experience
